Monomer is ethylene glycol butylmethacrylate or monomethacrylate, and polymerization inhibitor is 4-hydroxydiphenyl amine, ratio of components being as follows, wt parts: triethylene glycol dimethacrylate, 50-95; monomer, 5-50; dicumyl peroxide, 0.5-1.0; 4-hydroxydiphenyl amine, 0.05- 0.1.
