SUBSTANCE: polymeric composition comprises diethyl phosphite stabilized prepolymer prepared by reacting oligoether with molecular weight of 4500 based on ethylene oxide and propylene oxide and toluylene diisocyanate; propylene oxide- and ethylene oxide-based oligoether with molecular weight of 4500-6000, and industrial carbon of chalk filler. Composition further comprises N,N,N′,N′--tetrahydroxypropylene/ethylenediamine and elastic oligoether based polyurethane foam waste, ratio of components, being as follows wt parts: diethyl phosphite stabilized propolymer, 100; propylene oxide-and ethylene oxide-based oligoether with molecular weight of 4500-6000, 7-9; N,N,N′,N′-tetrahydroxypropylene ethylene diamine; 13-19; filler, 40-60; elastic polyurethane foam waste, 12-20. EFFECT: improved physico-mechanical properties of sealants based on claimed composition, cheaper price of composition and better ecological conditions. 13 ex, 1 tbl
