SUBSTANCE: polyurethane composition comprises oligoether isocyanate and organic solvent, N,N,N′N′--tetrahydroxypropylene ethylene diamine and elastic polyurethane foam waste. Oligoether is ethylene oxide-and propylene oxide-based oligoether with molecular weight of 4500-6000. Ratios of composition components are as follows, wt parts: oligoether with molecular weight of 4500-6000, 17-28; N,N,N′N′-tetrahydroxypropylene ethylene diamine, 33-57; elastic polyurethane waste, 15- 50; isocyanate, 30-50; organic solvent, 195-350.
