SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a sealing composition which can be used in construction and various industries for sealing joints, seams and joints, gluing linoleum, parquet and ceramic tiles, gluing and sealing metals, wood, stone, concrete, etc. Composition contains 100 pts. wt. prepolymer with terminal hydroxyl groups, 1-5 pts. wt. simple oligoester with molecular weight of 4500 based on propylene oxide and ethylene oxide, 40-60 pts. wt. chalk, 0.1 pts. wt. tin dibutyl dilaurate and 0.15-3.82 pts. wt. polyisocyanate based on 4.4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate. Said prepolymer is obtained by reacting a simple dibasic oligoester based on propylene oxide with molecular weight of 2000 or 4200 with 2,4-toluene diisocyanate in molar ratio OH:NCO equal to 1:0.75.

EFFECT: obtained sealing composition has improved adhesion and breaking strength.
