FIELD: construction machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for making bore-holes in ground and for trenchless laying or replacement of pipelines. Device has body which contains striker with internal space incorporating air distributor. Also provided are supply and exhaust lines, air delivery hose, and starting valve. Starting valve can be located in that part of air distributor which is seated in striker space and it can be made in the form of piston which creates two chambers in combination with parts of air distributor. One of these chambers communicates with supply line, other chamber communicates with exhaust line. Aforesaid embodiment of percussive-action device ensures high operational reliability.
