SUBSTANCE: bellows mechanisms are mounted under railway rails between sleepers; upper covers of these mechanisms are rigidly connected with rails and their bases are immovable. Suction and delivery valves fitted in bases are used to connect cavities of bellow mechanisms with compressed air reservoir. EFFECT: possibility of using vibration of rails during motion of train for obtaining compressed air. 3 dwg
