FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to automatic pulse stepless gearings used in drives of various machine and vehicles. Automatic pulse variator has frame, conical pair, intermediate shaft with eccentrics and support, driven shaft with free travel mechanisms, eccentric bushings and tension springs. Eccentric bushings put on eccentrics are coupled via connecting rods and rockers to free travel mechanisms and are loaded with tension springs Tension spring is coupled by means of pins with eccentric bushing and support. Given variator shows self-adjustment of speed of driven shaft depending on value of moment of resistance on shaft. EFFECT: widened application field and improved operational characteristics. 2 dwg
