FIELD: heat engineering. SUBSTANCE: waste-heat boiler includes cylindrical shell 1 with heat-exchange tubes 3 mounted inside it; tubes have inlet and outlet ends; boiler includes also device 2 for feeding water to space of shell surrounding tubes 3 which is secured on shell 1, device 8 for feeding flow of hot product to inlet end of tubes 3 and passing it through these tubes to ensure indirect heat exchange with water contained in space surrounding the tubes, inner insulated bypass tube 4, device for control of amount of hot product passed through tubes 3, device 11 for discharge of flow of water and steam obtained due to heat exchange and device 10 for discharge of cooled product flow. Device for control of amount of product passed through tubes is made in form of nozzle for injection of medium into outlet end 12 of inner insulated bypass tube 4 located in space 9 in cylindrical shell 1 above outlet end of tubes 3 and provided with device 10 for discharge of cooled product flow.
