SUBSTANCE: heat engineering. waste-heat recovery boiler has cylindrical shell with inlet pipe connection and outlet pipe connection, facility for delivering water to shell space which surrounds pipes, and facility for delivering flow of hot product into inlet ends of pipes and for passing of flow of hot product through pipes for ensuring indirect heat exchange with water present in shell space which surrounds pipes. Pipes are installed in the form of at least two bundles and each of them is provided with flow rate adjusting facility. Flow rate adjusting facility is made in the form of adjusting valve. Aforesaid embodiment of waste-heat recovery boiler ensures improved heat exchange and operational adjustment of temperature. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 1 dwg
