FIELD: physical and chemical analysis. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for quantitative analysis of proton-carrying substances in starting, intermediate and end products. Standard and analyzed samples are dried to constant mass. After this signal of free induction is excited and recorded. Time of spin-spin relaxation for each sample is found and degree of substitution is computed by corresponding formula. EFFECT: high accuracy and decreased time of analysis without destruction of sample. 1 tbl
