It is calculated from ratio enzyme yield time in duodenal contents to one of values describing the contents of this enzyme in blood, urine and in both blood and urine. At least one of the values being below a norm, exacerbation is to be diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis.
