FIELD: light- returning coatings of transport facilities, particularly, vehicle light-returning devices manufactured by high- frequency welding. SUBSTANCE: claimed invention offers very bright, flexible, strong light-returning cloth which may be secured to flexible cloth material coated with polymer and consisting of polymer prismatic light- returning layer having high light-returning coefficient, and polymer combining layer for fastening to flexible cloth material coated with polymer. Invention also includes method of production of light-returning flexible cloth material coated with polymer and having light- returning layer and polymer combining layer welded to external surface of flexible cloth material coated with polymer. Combining layer forms intermediate layer between light-returning layer and flexible cloth material to ensure acceptable strength of bond of various polymers. EFFECT: higher traffic safety and discernibleness under conditions of limited visibility. 26 cl, 12 dwg
