SUBSTANCE: invention is related to flexible light-returning sheet material and process of after-formation of light-returning sheet material for formation of three-dimensional article with preset characteristics. Material includes collection of cubic angular elements hardened on transparent polymer film on location. Material is deformed to obtain three-dimensional structure in which sides of bases of cubic angular elements do not lie in one plane. Light-returning article has at least one preset characteristic.
