Retro-reflecting part has light-transmitting retro-reflector whose rear surface mounts plurality of prismatic bosses and backing film shaped by stamping and provided with packing projections partially connected to rear surface of retro-reflector and forming sealed cells. Retro-reflecting sheet has in addition light-transmitting contact layer that fills up depressions formed in stamping on rear surface of backing film and is connected to rear surface of the latter and to light-transmitting surface of electroluminescent device.
