FIELD: radio engineering, electronics. SUBSTANCE: assemblage of transmission lines of TEM mode is formed by pairs of thin-film conductors between which thin-film dielectric pieces are placed by way of laying of thin-film conductors and dielectric pieces by turns. Phase speeds of TEM wave propagating over two transmission lines as minimum are essentially equal. Thickness of each thin-film conductor is less than depth of penetration of field on used frequency so that electromagnetic fields of at least two lines of TEM mode transmission are intercoupled. Thus depth of penetration of field can be increased effectively. Proposed electrode can be used in transmission lines, resonators, filters and high-frequency devices. EFFECT: decreased losses in conductor and surface resistance as compared with same characteristics of customary electrodes. 15 cl, 28 dwg
