SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of solid-state microwave electronics and microelectronics. It is provided by the fact that microstrip stabilised resonant-tunneling generator of electromagnet waves of millimeter and submillimeter range of wavelengths contains semi-conductor resonant-tunneling diode and microstrip resonator, which are arranged in monolithic-integrated form on the common wafer, which represents semi-conductor crystal, on one side of which conducting microstrip lines are formed, and on the other side - grounded screen, and the crystal itself serves as dielectric plate of microstrip resonator.
EFFECT: expansion of working frequency range to the side of terahertz waves.
