FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: wireless IC device has a wireless IC chip (5), a power supply circuit board (10) on which the wireless IC chip (5) is mounted, and comprising a power supply circuit (16). The power supply circuit (16) comprises a resonant circuit with a predefined resonance frequency, and an emitting plate (20) attached to the bottom surface of the power supply circuit board (10). The emitting plate (20) emits a transmission signal received from the power supply circuit (16). The emitting plate (20) also receives and transmits the received signal to the power supply circuit (16). The resonant circuit consists of an LC-resonant circuit which comprises an inductance element (L) and capacitance elements (C1) and (C2). The power supply circuit board (10) is a hard multilayer board or a hard single-layer board. The power supply circuit board (10) is connected to the wireless IC chip (5) and the emitting plate (20) through a connection, direct current magnetic coupling or capacitance coupling.
EFFECT: design of a wireless IC device and a component for a wireless IC device with stable frequency characteristics.
