FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for depolymerization of lacquer insulation system of electric motors by ultrasonic radiation. Stator with faulty winding is placed in the capacity of the hardware complex with working solution of sodium hydroxide. Ultrasonic emitters are installed in vessel. Ultrasonic treatment of stator with faulty winding is carried out at working solution temperature of 50 °C during 171 minutes at frequency of ultrasonic emitters in 24 kHz, power of ultrasonic radiation 120 W and mass concentration of sodium hydroxide 5 %.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is higher efficiency of working solution penetration into stator winding and softening (destruction) of electric insulating varnish of winding, which increases efficiency of motor stator winding removal.
