Transmitting channel is organized between first and second circulators and antenna to transmit signals in response to reception of pre- transmission signal. Receiving channel is organized between first and second circulators and antenna to transmit signal received in response to pre-reception signal. Change-over controller functions to generate pre-transmission signal in transmit mode of operation and pre-reception signal in receive mode.
