SUBSTANCE: as distinct from known transceiver units where N antenna arrays require also introduction of N transceivers, analog-to-digital converters and N digital-to-analog ones proposed transceiver assembly has one broad-band analog-to-digital converter and one digital-to-analog converter, as well as only one transceiver; this is attained due to equipping antenna interface units with appropriate frequency step-up and frequency step-down converters, including adders and power splitters, as well as using separate digital filters for separating single digital signal into a number of different ones.
