FIELD: radiophone communications. SUBSTANCE: power transmission levels are dynamically controlled in cellular radiophone system that has at least first and second stations at one cell location, each station incorporating receiver and transmitter, and arrangement groups are formed by diving channels at cell location near first station into many groups from lowest to highest ones, levels of signals received from second station are measured at first station, second station of arrangement group corresponding to level of signal being measured is separated, free channel of second station is identified by checking loads on channels corresponding to arrangement group of second station. Normal operating mode is determined in case levels are within specified range, power reduction request mode in case signal level exceed maximum value of specified range, and power increase request mode in case signal level is below minimum value of specified range; transmission power of second station is reduced upon determining status of request for reducing power, transmission power of second station is raised upon determining status of request for power increase. EFFECT: improved efficiency of frequency distribution due to reducing frequency reuse range. 7 cl, 13 dwg , 2 tbl
