FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying transveil ozone and oxygen treatment techniques using finely divided extra-high pressure antiseptic solution flow to perform draining and ozone dialysis that is carried out first in the direction of the outlet opening and then in the reverse direction. The treatments are complemented with canal draining. The drains are gradually constricted to bring canal width to 0.8-1.0 cm and then ozone dialysis is carried out. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; low risk of traumatic and purulent complications. 3 dwg
