METHOD OF IRRIGATION-ASPIRATION SANITATION OF PURULENT DISEASES OF SOFT TISSUE Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61M5/00 A61M1/20 A61B17/00 A61K9/08 A61K31/155 A61P31/02

Abstract RU 2806488 C2

FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: preliminary surgical treatment of the purulent focus is performed. Tubular perforated drainages are installed in sloping areas of the wound bed. The wound cavity is irrigated with an antiseptic solution and the said solution is aspirated after its exposure to the wound cavity. A 0.1% solution of polyhexanide is used as an antiseptic solution for irrigation. After aspiration of the said solution from the wound cavity, the volume of the wound cavity is reduced to the volume of drainage by evacuating it at a vacuum level of 60 to 80 mm Hg. The stages of irrigation and aspiration of the said solution after its exposure in the wound cavity are carried out sequentially in a cyclic mode until the wound cavity is cleansed of inflammation products and microbial bodies. The method makes it possible to reduce the effect of drainage sticking to the walls of the wound cavity during the rehabilitation of purulent-inflammatory diseases of soft tissues, to carry out better cleansing of the wound cavity from inflammation products and microbial bodies, and an individual approach to the treatment of patients.

EFFECT: obtaining a method of irrigation-aspiration sanitation of purulent diseases of soft tissue.
