FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: small and large intestines are separately subjected to two- step ozone perfusion with 30-40-min pauses using 0.9-% sodium chloride solution saturated with 700-750 mcg/l ozone, exposition time being 10- 15 min and volume of solution introduced into small intestine 3.5-4.0 l and into large one 0.7-1.0 l. In the second step, ozone perfusion with 0.9% sodium chloride solution saturated with 100-150 mcg/l ozone if fourfold carried out, exposition time being 20-25 min. When performing perfusion of large intestine in the first and third runs, sodium chloride solution with 500-550 mcg/l ozone and exposition time 20-25 min are used. The second step is carried out once a day for 4-5 days. EFFECT: enhanced detoxification efficiency. 2 ex
