FIELD: household equipment. SUBSTANCE: pulsator for exciting vortex flow in washing bath has base fixed on shaft of washing machine for rotation together with it, and mixing blades chamfered downward from base center to its outer edge and made in the form of sector made on base upper surface. Mixing blades define at least one convex collecting reservoir between adjacent mixing blades on upper surface of base. According to second version, pulsator has first mixing blades defining first convex collecting reservoir and second mixing blades defining second convex collecting reservoir. Centers of first and second mixing blades are positioned eccentrically with respect to base center. Pulsator excites vortex water flow in washing bath. Vortex flow gradually transmits friction force generated in water flow to clothes. Water flow within washing bath is nonuniform. EFFECT: minimized twisting of clothes within washing bath, increased efficiency and simplified construction. 13 cl, 6 dwg
