SUBSTANCE: pulsator device used with a washing machine comprises a first pulsator made with the ability to rotate around a rotating shaft; the shaft connected to the first pulsator, so that the shaft rotates with the first pulsator. The shaft is made with the eccentricity with respect to the center of the rotating shaft. The device comprises the second pulsator connected with the ability to rotate with the shaft. The first pulsator comprises blades to form water, which are located in the circumferential direction of the first pulsator, and the second pulsator comprises blades protruding from its upper part.

EFFECT: creation of a mixed water flow which improves the efficiency of washing and prevents damage of clothes.
