FIELD: mechanical engineering internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: engine has rotor consisting of inner and outer parts installed on fixed tubular axle for nonuniform rotation relative to each other. Inner part of rotor is made in form of tubular axle and two disks with pair of vanes secured in between. Outer part is made in form of cylinder with fitted-on pair of vanes. Axle serves to provide intake of fuel-air mixture and exhaust of gases and it has inner jumper. EFFECT: increased efficiency and economy of engine. 14 dwg
