FIELD: mechanical; engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed internal combustion engine has two double-vane rotors consisting of inner and outer parts installed of fixed tubular axle for nonuniform rotation relative to each other, and power takeoff shaft. Axle serves for taking in air-fuel mixture and letting out exhaust gases. Bridges serve for separation of air-fuel mixture intake zones and exhaust gas outlet zones. Channels passing air-fuel mixture from sector of each rotor pass in the bridges. EFFECT: increased displacement per stroke at the same dimensions of cylinder, increased power output. 1 tbl, 14 dwg
