FIELD: formation of list of programs. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for audio/video signal transmission systems suitable for formation of information on list of programs suitable for selective display on proper receivers and includes organization of transmission of list of programs to different data blocks depending on type of information. One such data block includes channel information CSSMi describing corresponding channels. Channel information CSSMi of this block includes byte of channel information on subscriber's service system CI CSS that carries information on conditional access related to channel coupled to CSSMi. Receiver stores individual byte CA CSS of subscriber with possibility of its retrieval by unit processing list of programs. Individual byte CA CSS of subscriber is compared with byte CI CSS of channel information in list of programs prior to presentation of received information on list of programs for certain channel. Depending on comparison results data of list for this particular channel are displayed or not displayed in list of programs.
