FIELD: data and digital message transmission in television system. SUBSTANCE: digital television system receives television information transmitted in the form of stream of digital bursts which are, essentially, compressed video and audio pieces of information. Burst transport block conveys digital bursts to respective digital and audio signal processing sections according to information heading contained in bursts. Digital processing sections decode and stretch respective bursts to shape sequential digital layers which are then converted into analog form. Device providing for audio messages such as operating instructions and condition information in the form of audio signal or speech has memory for saving digital presentations of audio messages in same compressed form as transmitted audio bursts and controller for random conveying of digital presentations to burst transport block when audio message is to be ensured. Digital presentations of audio messages are automatically conveyed by transport block to digital audio signal processing sections that function to decode and stretch digital presentations of audio messages using same process as for transmitted audio bursts.
