FIELD: medicine, radial diagnosis. SUBSTANCE: method includes contactless computer tomography of gall bladder region; measurement of gall bladder sizes before and after bile-expelling breakfast; determination of per cent ratio of gallbladder volume. With contraction of walls of gallbladder up to 20% and density of gallbladder wall above 45 units H, serious disturbances of gallbladder contractile function are diagnosed which requires surgical intervention. With gallbladder wall contraction above 25% and density of gallbladder walls up to 45%, moderate reduction of gallbladder contractile ability is diagnosed and conservative treatment is indicated. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnosis.
