METHOD FOR PREDICTING CHOLECYSTIC LESIONS IN CHILDREN AT DISORDERS OF CHOLECYSTIC CONTRACTILE-EVACUATION FUNCTION Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC A61B6/00 A61B1/00

Abstract RU 2306101 C2

FIELD: medicine, pediatrics, juvenile surgery.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting cholecystic lesions and cystic duct in children for detecting further tactics of therapy. The investigation suggested should be carried out in two stages. At the first stage it is necessary to fill in the cholecyst with contrast substance through the endoscope to detect passability of cystic duct. One should visualize the picture of cholecyst and cystic duct on a monitor's screen and fix them on X-ray pictures. At the second stage, in 24 h, not earlier, it is important to make a picture of cholecystic area. The pictures obtained during the 1st and the 2nd stages should be compared to differentiate the character of the lesion. Moreover, at keeping the contrast substance in cholecystic lumen one should diagnose organic nature of its lesion, and at the absence - functional character of the lesion. Application of the present technique enables to carry out accurate diagnostics of cholecystic lesions in children in case of its contractile-evacuation function.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
