SUBSTANCE: method includes dissection of solid cord membrane to open tumor capsule; removal of tumor intracapsular part and tumor capsule by fraction of 3-5 mm; in so doing, reduction of tumor in volume is begun from parts most distant from great vessels, spinal cord roots and spinal cord itself, and then, advanced to these formations. Then, tumor capsule is removed and coagulation hemostasis is effected. EFFECT: reduced injury caused by surgical intervention. 2 cl
