FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: in laminectomy arches are dissected transarticulate from inferior arch-osseous vertebra joint to its superior end face sawing through only inferior articular process of overlying vertebra and providing intact adjacent superior articular process of underlying vertebra. Yellow ligaments are cross-sectioned from two sides. And lengthways only on one side osteo-ligament blocks are turned sideways on intact side of yellow ligaments. Intrachannel manipulations follow. Blocks are replaced and fixed restoring posterior vertebral column subiculum.

EFFECT: method improves postoperative stability of vertebral column.
