SUBSTANCE: method includes ultrasonic examination of uterine appendages by method of dopplerangiography; assessment of blood flow in ovary; visual assessment of state of appendages tissues during laparoscopy; detorsion in presence of blood flow and absence of sections of necrosis; adnexetomy in absence of blood flow and presence of necrosis; detorsion with subsequent ultrasound control and correction of complex therapy in absence of blood flow and sections of necrosis. EFFECT: reduced injury of surgical treatment of torsion of ulterine appendages.
