Notches are made in the region of incision borders, through which Kocher's forceps is introduced first from one side, then from another side to move it into the abdominal cavity through the musculus rectus abdominis and peritoneum. Round ligaments of the uterus are caught under laparoscope control to bring them out on the anterior surface of the musculus rectus abdominis aponeurosis. Duplications of the round ligaments of the uterus are sewn to each other and to the aponeurosis. The skin wound borders are brought together. EFFECT: reliable improvement in restoring functional capabilities.
