FIELD: medicine, namely traumatology, orthopedics, and surgery. SUBSTANCE: apparatus provides for functional treatment of patient after application of Achilles tendom suture. Apparatus has carcass with moving articulation and screw tie-rod which allow fixing of foot in ankle joint at different angles of bending and unbending. Apparatus may be modeled on limb with use of ortheses and belts which enable tight embracing of foot and ankle from rear and side surfaces, as well as of fastened subfoot with changeable heels. Apparatus reduces hazard of development of complications and repeated break of Achilles tendom and facilitates performance of bandaging and physio-procedures. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 9 dwg
