FIELD: mixing finely ground powders, such as finely pulverized medicines with size of particles lesser than 10 mkm; inhalators. SUBSTANCE: method includes combination of rotary and oscillatory motion in sieving procedure with stages of delivery of fine powder mixture to perforated separating device in container which is set in rotary and oscillatory motion in horizontal and/or vertical directions. Rotary motion is performed at intervals and every time container is turned-over vertically through angle of 180 deg. Mixing device includes container divided into two compartments by means of perforated partition. Provision is made for rotating and vibrating the container.
