This form has core material including inhibitor or protonic pump, one or some alkaline reactive compounds and, optionally, pharmaceutically acceptable filling agents and water-soluble partition layer and enterosoluble cover layer. Indicated core material is alkaline reactive compound and indicated partition layer is formed in situ as water-soluble salt in the process of application of enterosoluble cover on alkaline reactive material of core as the result of reaction between polymeric enterosoluble cover (or covers) and alkaline reactive compound (or compounds). Invention relates to also method of inhibition of acid secretion by administration of indicated medicinal form containing two functionally different layers prepared for a single stage.
