FIELD: pharmaceutical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves working with fine dispersed powder of medical preparation having particle size less than 10 mcm and low yield point by agglomerating the fine dispersed powder of medical preparation in pushing the medical preparation powder through agglomerator unit by means of mechanical driven rotor device having agglomerator unit having U-shaped sieve member. The produced agglomerates are spheroidized and sorted according to their sizes. The device has agglomerator unit, spheroidizing unit being inclined granulating bin with one or several scrubbers and circumferential speed of 0.5-1.0 m/s and sieve unit for sorting agglomerates according to their sizes. Finished medical preparation is composed of agglomerates having specific surface of 2-20 mg/g.
