FIELD: tools for drilling machines in different branches of machine tool manufacture. SUBSTANCE: drill has at least one central flow-through duct for supplying cutting fluid. Drill also has at least one helical chip groove passing around drill axis and stem. Usual drills of such type have flow-through ducts with outlet openings open to back surfaces of main cutting edges. In drill according to invention cutting fluid is supplied to place of direct working action along lateral outlet openings connected by means of connecting passages at least with one flow-through duct. EFFECT: enhanced strength of drill, high quality of drill openings, lowered consumption of cutting fluid. 21 cl, 14 dwg
