FIELD: manufacture of tubes in which at least inner surface is coated by polymer, including tubes made of metal-containing polymers. SUBSTANCE: extrusion head for making tubes of metal-containing polymer includes apparatus for applying outer coating and apparatus for applying inner coating. Apparatus for applying inner coating has housing, central rod with stem, axial support at one side and mandrel - at other side. Central rod is mounted in female die. Outer surfaces of mandrel and inner surfaces of die form annular molding slit. Axial support is spherical one. On central rod in front of mandrel there is streamlined spherical support in the form of cross piece. Outer surfaces of apexes of cross piece are in the form of sphere portions. On stem of central rod spherical thrust bearing is mounted. Said thrust bearing engages with pivot arranged in housing. Center of sphere of pivot and thrust bearing coincides with center of axial spherical support. Thrust bearing is made with possibility of engaging with adjusting tie rod having two freedom degrees.
