FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: invention provides method for manufacturing polymer product involving transfer of organic silane graft onto polymer in the product formation stage consisting in preparation of modifier, mixing primary polyethylene (90-95%) with granulated complex modifier (5-10%), heating mixture in heating cylinder to at least 180 C and feeding it into extrusion head to form product at temperature of extrusion head 200-205 C, and forming product at stirring at a speed of 3 to 8 rpm, mixture entering extrusion head at temperature at least 195 C and leaving extrusion head at temperature at least 200 C. Granulated complex modifier contains, wt %: primary polyethylene or ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer 57.8-72, organic silane containing unsaturated organic radical 21.5-29.0, organic peroxide 1.45-5.8, organotin compound 0.7- 1.7, and antioxidant 4.3-5.7. EFFECT: improved consumer's properties of product.
