FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: method of continuous production of reinforced polymer pipe and device for its implementation. Invention relates to oil and gas industry, is intended for construction of underground and ground pipeline systems, providing transportation of products of oil wells and water lines, in particular oil, water, gas, chemical reagents, by means of pipelines on the basis of long multilayer polymer pipes. Method of continuous production of polymer reinforced pipe by extrusion molding involves formation of system "metal frame – polymer matrix" by simultaneous supply of polymer melt and molding on it reinforcing frame into forming annular cavity, made by welding longitudinal and transverse reinforcement, wherein moment of welding current pulses supply, transmitted to roller welding electrodes, is synchronized with moment of mutual intersection of longitudinal and transverse reinforcement, wherein after formation of the "reinforcing frame – polymer matrix" system, a polymer melt layer is applied thereto in the forming cavity of the angular extrusion head, coming in form of a separate stream from an additionally installed extruder, wherein the roller electrodes clamp to the transverse reinforcement is realized by means of an eccentric lever connecting the roller electrodes to each other, wherein each of the roller electrodes is independently cooled and connected to the power supply. Device for implementation of method for continuous production of polymer reinforced pipe comprises extruder with extrusion head for supply of polymer melt into forming cavity formed by stationary installed forming bushing and from inside cooled by calibrating cylinder fixed through heat-resistant element on extrusion head, which comprises welding unit, comprising welding unit and connected with coils, drums to accommodate longitudinal and transverse reinforcement and with guide facilities for supply of reinforcement to welding zone, and welded frame – into forming cavity, cooling system with a plug with a valve placed inside the formed pipe, a pulling mechanism and a cutoff device, installed in series along the pipe movement direction, wherein welding assembly comprises roller electrodes connected to clamping device and with corresponding drive, means of synchronizing impact pulses with the moment of mutual intersection of longitudinal and transverse reinforcement and the moment of supply of current pulse to roller electrodes, further comprises an extruder with an angular head placed after the welding unit, which serves to apply an additional layer of polymer melt on the system "metal frame – polymer matrix", note here that welding roller electrodes are interconnected by eccentric lever for pressing welding electrodes to transverse reinforcement at its mutual intersection with longitudinal reinforcement. Note here that every roller electrode is provided with cooling system and power supply arranged on welding machine frame.
EFFECT: technical result, to which the group of inventions is aimed, is to improve the operational properties of the polymer reinforced pipe, as well as its manufacturability.
