FIELD: polymerization catalysts. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalytic systems catalyzing polymerization of olefins. Catalytic systems on porous carrier are prepared by bringing the latter into contact with solution containing metallocene catalytic component and activator. Total solution volume lies within the range of values of volume from volume smaller than volume threefold exceeding momentary total pore volume of porous carrier and up to volume exceeding momentary total pore volume of carrier. Thus prepared catalytic system is finally dried. It is also possible that total solution volume lies within the range of values of volume from that of volume smaller than volume, with which suspension is formed, and up to volume exceeding momentary total pore volume of carrier. Contact between porous carrier and two or more solutions is also possible, where one of solutions includes metallocene catalytic component and the other contains activator. Polymerization of olefins is carried out individually or with one or several olefin monomers in presence of catalytic system on carrier.
