FIELD: systems for offshore production of oil or gas and methods of system application. SUBSTANCE: system for offshore production of oil and gas has ship with means for maintaining its required position and orientation, balance unit on sea bottom for at least two producing wells and product pipelines for communication of bottom with ship. Ship has drilling equipment and process equipment for processing of oil or gas. Bottom unit has bearing plate for drilling with a base on bottom provided with manifold. Drilling string with marine riser running from drilling equipment on ship. Bottom unit has movable operation module with blowout preventer which ensures connection of marine riser with upper part of blowout preventer. Product pipeline is fitted for connection of operation module with ship process equipment. Ship has mean for its positioning, orientation on sea surface and means for control of hinge unit connected with means of positioning and orientation based on dynamic positioning and orientation. Bottom unit has bearing plate for drilling, means for installation of Christmas tree and movable operation module with hinge unit for connection with product pipeline. Method of system application for oil or gas production includes drilling and completion of the first well on the first section of wellhead by traditional method. Then drilling of well and installation of casing pipes are accomplished on the second of wellhead. Operation module with product pipeline are lowered and connected to the second section of wellhead with subsequent continuation of drilling and completion of the second well. Product is recovered from the first well through manifold and operation module on the second of wellhead. Simultaneously, drilling of the second well is continued.
