FIELD: exploitation of underwater deposits of mineral resources, mainly liquid and gaseous, construction of technological complexes, which ensure conducting of operations on shelf of open sea. SUBSTANCE: in process of construction of sea technological complex for extraction of mineral resources that includes central platform and underwater technological modules-satellites technological modules are shipped with the aid of proper transportation facilities to site of extraction of mineral resources, they are sunk and seated on bottom, frameworks of underwater technological complexes are anchored on bottom by means of piles. Mobile technological modules on which technological or operational equipment is installed are manufactured for setting on location seats of frameworks of underwater technological modules with the use of proper fixing system. Piles anchoring underwater technological modules on bottom are cemented. Special drilling module is transported and set in sequence on location seats on frameworks of underwater technological modules with the help of specialized craft with ballast tanks. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and efficiency of construction of sea technological complex for extraction of mineral resources in arctic latitudes in presence of thick ice cover as well as in seismically active zones with due account of ecological requirements. 6 cl, 5 dwg
