FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotary compression machine has housing-stator with corresponding suction, bypass and exhaust ports with spherical working space, and rotor. Distributing disk is arranged on spherical boss of rotor. Distributing disk is provided with swinging vanes getting into slots of insert cups. All component parts of rotor horizontal part, namely, shaft, conical and spherical members and vanes rigidly connected with the members, are assembled into common part. Inclined parts of rotor installed on housing mated with spherical members of horizontal part of rotor and building compression roll by their side surface along conical members, thus dividing compression zone of adjacent fields and, being arranged in V-member, provide connection of adjacent sections of machine by short channel into units of four-stroke engine. Root parts of vanes along disk-cone contact line set distributing disks into rotation. To provided displacement of vanes through disk, radial axially shaped swinging inserts with seals are installed for engagement with vanes.
