FIELD: mechanical engineering; volumetric expansion machines; rotary internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: two cups - shells with radial slots rotating on their axles are arranged on spherical working space symmetrically and at angle relative to each other. Vanes rocking on radial axles on separating disk move in slots. Disk is rigidly and normally to axis secured on spherical thickening of rotor axle. Cups-shells roll with their conical surfaces along side surfaces of separating disk dividing zones of contact of compression of both parts of symmetrical machine. Owing to the fact that lines of contact are opposite, bypass channels between symmetrical parts of machine is minimum. Root portion of vanes set into rotation cups-shells along the same line of contact. Radial axles of vanes secured on spherical thickening of axle take up centrifugal forces of vanes and, thanks to it, friction of vanes against working surface mirror is minimum.
