FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary machine has cylindrical housing with fitted in exhaust branch pipes, spark plugs, coaxial shafts whose axes coincide with cylinder axis, and working chamber. Rear rotor counter-pressure release unit has two disks with ratchets over circumference, output shaft and seal. Ring working chamber is made integral with one of coaxial shafts. One rotor is press-fitted in ring working chamber. Two disks of rear rotor counter-pressure release unit are rigidly coupled with ratchet wheels fitted on output shaft. Each rotor is rigidly coupled with ratchet wheels whose ratchets are rigidly secured on base of rotary machine. Rotor coupling unit wheel is installed for movement on one coaxial shaft. Inner surface of rim of the ring is rubber lined. Four wheels rigidly coupled by strips with coaxial shafts are secured on level of rotor edges and are in movable contact with inner surface of wheel rim. Rotor coupling unit wheel is connected for movement through belt with output shaft. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation. 12 dwg
